How to proceed with a cheque which is 8 months old?

Sir 8 month pahle ka cheque nhi lag sakta validity only 3 month hoti h ager apne money business purpose se di h billing k adhar par sec 37 ka claim court m pesh kar sakte h civil suit under cpc

Dear sir,

chaqe ke limit 3 months ke hoti h ,chaqe bounce hona ka 1 month m 138 n.I act ka notice Dana hota h,agar wo time nikal gaya to recovery sute file kr sakta h with court fee..

Yes ,,, but it is condition that if upon the cheque date has not recognize than move for NI act otherwise you can file civil suit before the consern court,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi Sir,

The cheque has to be presented in the bank with in 3 months from the date which is mentioned on the cheque.
If no date is written on the cheque then it can be presented in the bank via filling the date column.
If date is written on the cheque by the drawer then no suit can be filed under section 138 under N.I Act as your cheque is 8 months old but you can still recover your amount by filing a civil suit for the same. Kindly get in touch.

Hello, I could not basically understand your Query. As a General information, Cheque is valid only for the Three months from the date of issue. Kindly Elaborate your query, so that proper advice can be given
