hello, i have been through your query and ibthink that you dont need surety, you can file a presence in the court through your pleader and give cash surety for the purpose and also proceed the matter with the pleader!

Dear client if u have not found surerty then u can pray court to accept personal bound for granting bail. If court accept the personal bond then u will not need to give surety. For any legal help call me

Yes Sir,

You may get more day for surity for bail. There is two option for it but that's is discretion upon judge.

1. Whether you apply for cash security then you will get bail without guarantor.

2. If you unable for cash security then you appear in court through your lawyer or by self & humbly pray to court for grant of some time for surity ( Guarantor),

Thanks,

Dear sir, in matters u/s. 138 of NI Act even cash bond is accepted. Without any hindrance, you should hire a lawyer who will get bail done for you. In these kind of matters, cash is usually granted on regular basis. You should apply for bail on 1st Date itself. When matter is called out your lawyer should appear with Bail application.

no need of surety while first appearance before Court you can file personal Bond for a bail it is called as PR Bond and next date will be given for filing a surety and you will be get out on PR Bonde but on next date you must file a surety and get a bail
