How to file cheque bounce complaint

A company have given me cheque for repayment of loan given to them by me and it has bounced. How to get my money back?

First ..be ensured that the cheque was bouncced within due time. After you have to send demand notice within 30 days from receiving the intimation of bounce. As soon as , the notice was received by the drawer , you have file the proceeding within 30 days aftrr the expiry of 15 days from the date of receiving the notice.

First you have to issue notice within 30 days from the date of cheque bounce for repayment of your loan within fifteen days from the receipt of notice and if the other side fails to do so within the time frame then you can file a case under section 138 of the Negotiable of Instrument Act and you can claim double the amount alongwith litigation cost.

First of all you have to sent the notice to the within 30 days from the date of receiving “Cheque Return Memo” from the bank. In the notice you should mention that the cheque amount has to be paid within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice by .If the cheque issuer fails to make a fresh payment within 30 days of receiving the notice, then you have the right to file a criminal complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Ac

when your cheque has bounced and has been returned to you by the bank authority with the reason stated whatever be the reason may be .First of all you should serve a legal notice to the company who issued the said cheque and within the stipulated period of 30 days from the serving of legal notice to the company you can file a complain case U/S 138(b) of N.I. Act in the proper jurisdiction against the company.

First after bounce the Cheque from the bank Send the Demand Notice to the Company within 30 days, by way of Registered with A/D.
After receiving the A/D Card count down 15 days and after from 16th day to one month it is the period of filling Case under N.I. act against the company.
