One investor has deposited security cheque of 500000/- signed by two signatory directors. Cheque is bounced because company operation was shut down six month before and company has no funds. He was informed for not to deposit this security cheque. He invested money for equity and to become director in Co. Can He file case against two directors ?

Case may be filed but success rate is very slow. Regarding procedure you can browse and on but it is only theoretical. You must approach advocate to file the case. When you are hiring services of advocate then why should you bother. One thing you must file to bring the directors to terms.

File a case against company for the any kind of fraud done with supporting documents and claim for the compensation check whether any winding up case is pending before high court after finding this you can decide about further consult advocates for immediate action.

Yes he can file case against both since cheque is a document issued towards liability as amount received from him so cheque will be there and it attracts provisions of n. I. Act so be careful take steps before law is set into motion.
