How can I save myself from false case

even though i made a colplain of lost cheque in my bank some one misuse and file a case against me their is no liability how should myself safe

dear client,if you want to save yourself from false case of section 138 N.I.act, you should have to make a consistent defence. You have to give complaint of cheque loss in concerned police station also.You shuld have to take legal assistance of advocate.
