Hoe to resolve issue of cheque bounce

I have purchased a refrigerator on emi basis from Electronics store which is associated with bajaj finance and i have paid all emi without fail every month but last month i had deposited my last emi amount to my sbi account they deducted 288/- thrice for cheque bounce charges when i inquired to bank they said me to contact bajaj finance and when i asked bajaj people they said its a cheque bounse charges u have to pay emi again. when i said them i have paid the amount in ur Electronics store physically on 3rd of May 2017 and why u produced the chque on 5th to bank. they said contact to Electronics store people when i asked them regarding the issue store people they r saying to contact bajaj people. when i asked the bajaj they said me to its cheque bounce charges u have pay the emi again if u fail they will file cheque bounce case on me bajaj people said to me. so please help ...
