Half payment done and opposite party trying to quash matter what to do

There are mettar when notice given in time and payment made in time but no information given by dr and same payment credit in outstanding payment as example total out standing 6 lackh but cheque only 2.5 lakh and retuned. Notice given rs 2.5 on 17 may by email and next day by speed post Payment rcvd 2.50 lakh and credit in blance outstanding As payment rcvd by rtgs/neft on 29 may an information send by email to dr this payment credit in out standing and pl pay of notice 17 may Than no payment rcvd and case filed but dr gone in high court for quashing What is law May quash the case?

Quashing here can be done by the compromise or settlement between the parties and the court will ask the applicant/petitioner whether he is having any objection on quashing or not or whether he want it to be quashed or nt then only it can be settled .. for further information contact on mail or number

We have to understand your query better because the way you have decribed the whole incident makes it a bit unclear as to what just happened and how. But if the cheque was given for a particular amount and that amount was legal debt then it cn be recovered.

As regards Cheque bounce case, no offence is made out as you have received Rs. 2.5 lacs through RTGS/NEFT. However, as regards for remaining outstanding Rs. 3.5 lacs, you may file a suit for the recovery of money. You may contact me for any kind of legal help in this regard.
