Firm asking for undated cheques as guarantee is it safe

I am joining a firm and they are asking for two 50,000 cheques with no dates as guarantee that i will not leave the company before 1.5 year as bond period Is it safe to give such cheques with no date. The firm can even put me on court after 1.5 years also ?? what kind of bond papers will make it safe to issue such cheques.. or is it completely dangerous to issue such cheques

As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.

you are not supposed to pay any such cheques.

If the company takes any legal action against you to ask for the bond amount, you must contest it in the court of law as the enforcement of these employment bonds is not maintainable under law.

U can issue undated cheque to the firm for 1.5year as a bond period but u do one thing that one agrrement u must be maid for your sefty. In that agreement u should mention the cheque no., cheque issue date, and the purpose for what u issue such cheque.
