Filed criminal suit against person for blank cheque

I have filed a petition of criminal suit against a person who gave me a blank cheque . Is there any chance of weakening of my case ,in case another person of the accused is aware of this blank cheque
There is no chance of weakening of your case. In your complaint have you stated that the cheque was a blank cheque? Does anyone know that the cheque was a blank cheque? Is there any written proof/document to proof that the cheque was a blank cheque? If there is no proof then you dont have to worry about it.
