Fake cheque bounce case filed against me, how to seek relief

I received notice 15 days before..but i did not replied to that notice..what should i do now and also which he stated in notice is fake.I gave him blank cheque for security, he misused it after two years and now he is claiming that i have taken 2 lacs hand loan from him. Can you please suggest what would be my next step

Dear Client,
you may project your case before the Magistrate. You should state that he obtained blank cheque and filed a false case by placing cogent evidence in the case that he is going to file against you. Blank singed cheques should not have given in any circumstances. You must put date amount etc., otherwise they will do the same. You have no option except to fight in a court of law. You did not furnish full particulars regarding whether he obtained blank promissorynotes, property documents, and any other cheques signed by you and when did you borrow the amount, what the quantum of amount etc.,

You should have consulted a lawyer. You should have replied to the notice sent. Still it is no too late if you issue a legal notice to that person for taking criminal action (filing a cheating case)against him for misusing the cheque.
