do we have to pay any compound Fee?

cheque bounce case- should we pay compound fee for the getting the case closed through compromise.

If the case is pending before trail court or before any other court then as per judgement of Supreme Court.
Therefore you are required to pay compounding fees. But there is a recent decision of Supreme Court in which court has been granted power to exempt the fee.
You may also try your luck in Lok Adalat may be there the court may exempt you from paying compounding fee.

No, compounding fees is payable for closing the 138 case in compromise. Have you paid any court fees while filing 138 complaint? In which court the matter pending?
