Do we have to give any share to court if settlement is done?

Me and the opposite party have made a settlement in the case. do we have to pay any share of 15% to the court from the settlement amount?
It depends on the matter, if court fees is required to be paid then you will have to pay the court fees and it depends on the terms whether opposite party agrees to bear court fees
