Deposited a cheque in my name but it got rejected what to do

I had deposited a cheque in my account which got rejected in the clearing process the reason I got by sms is drawers signature i dont know what i must do and what is the reason it got rejected please guide me
Hi,
In a case where a cheque is returned unpaid by the concerned bank on the ground that the signature of the drawer on the cheque differs from his specimen signature on record of the concerned bank, a case of dishonor of cheque punishable under Section 138 may be made out against the drawer if other ingredients of the offence are satisfied.
Send a Legal Notice through a lawyer to the drawer and demand him to settle the money within 15 days. If he does not settle, file a cheque bounce case after 30 days in the concerned magistrate court. All the best!
