demand notice after cheque bounced

cheque issued to me was returned due insufficient funds. can i issue demand notice by email as the the party may dodge the registered post

You will have to send legal notice of demand through Speed post and Registered AD and Courier and EMAIL so that if you are required to go to court and file complaint then the Accused can not take any defence about not getting legal notice..

Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer to the opposite party within 30 days from cheque bounce date and have to ask money back. If opposite party will not pay money then u have to file case under sec 138 of n i act in court. For any legal help call me

No dont do anything for now! you have to send a notice to the drawer of the cheque and ask for the money! if after 15 days of notice the Drawer fails to give you the money on the very 16th day you can file the case in the appropriate court of law!
