Court issued order for arrest in cheque bounce case but no arrest made

Hi Sir, A lady has cheated us of money by issuing and cheque and bond paper and has now run away to Kerala. almost 5 NBW has been issued by the court to arrest her but since she has money and people influence the arrest is not being made as her brother who is little infleuntial is protecting her. How many NBW will the court keep issuing or is there anything we can do personally to grab her and bring her to banagalore and will this help. She has also cheated many of the people runing a chit fund and a scam of almost a core rupees. Pls advice
You can ask the court to initiate the proceedings of section 82 cr.pc which will make the offender a proclaimed one and the process for arrest would be at any time. The court can issue as many NBW as they want to its the discretion of the court. But you may submit for start of proceedings under this section
