Company misused blank cheque of employee please advise

Hello sir, sir mujse company balo ne jabrdasti blank cheque le liye hai cheque par mere singed hai pr sir amount maine nhi bhari hai sir unhone 10 lac ka cheque bhar kr muj pr 138 ka case lga diya hai sir mai gher se bhout grib hu 10 lac to kya 10 hjar dene ki condition nhi hai mere sir na hi company ne mere a/c mai ek bhi rs transfer kiya hai sir pl help me what i can do

First thing is if company has taken blank cheque from u by pressurising u then immediate action was you have to file complaint against them to police but u did not do that you also did not clear this why you had given blank cheque

dear client as per ur case -if your company misused your cheque then you will have no option but to defend it in court .the first thing i suggest u that u should have to take the plea that u had given the cheque by way of security having no option but choose between this condition or lost d job .for more query u have to meet me personally.
