Cheque received by the customer got bounced what to do

Our Customer is holding our payment for Rs 22.5 lacs for one year and on 29th Nov they issued cheque of Rs 10 Lacs and that has bounced 2 times with in sufficient tag. Pls guide what to do. We have all invoices and C-forms issued by customer in record.

Firstly, you have to send statutory notice under NI act.
If he fails to pay inspite of notice then
You can initiate criminal proceedings against him.
There is a prescribed period of limitation that you need to take care.
