Sabse pahle ap apne bank se wo check or bank ki memo lekar phir us company ke MD ka name or address or check par signature karne wale person ka name or address lekar apne Advocate se ek legal notice bhijwa dijiye bouncing se 30 din ke ander. Uske bad bhi agar koi response nai milta ha to 20 din bad ap case court me file Kara sakte ho. For more information call me.

Within 30 days from the date of dishonour of cheque it is mandatory to send legal demand notice. After expiry of 15 days from the date of receipt of notice by the opposite party you need to file criminal complaint under section 138 NI Act within 30 days. If this time frame is not adhered you will loose your right to take criminal action.
