Cheque issued dated 9.7.2016. Cheque validity 3 months. Presented within time. Demand notice not send so far. Whether it can be send or else alternative remendy other than money suit

Present the cheque again if you can. from the date of bounce of cheque you have 45 days to send legal notice and file a complaint before the court. as you have exhausted the time period you have no other remedy then to file a recovery suit. if the bank takes your cheque again then and it bounces again then you have another 45 days from the day of presenting the cheque in the bank.
