Cheque bounced due to other party's cheating

23-Jan-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had to pay Rs.40000 to a person but in my absence he made it of Rs.1,60,000. Now I have received notice in this case and opposite party is also asking for litigation expenses when I have not done anything wrong. What should I do now.

Reply to notice, that I have to pay you only Rs. 40,000/- but you have tempered the cheque by forging Rs. 1,60,000/- instead of Rs. 40,000/- even if he does not agree then file FIR against him or file complaint in the court of CJM against him, for further help contact me immediately through LAWRATO
