Cheque bounced and person not agreeing to return money

A man gave me a check of 15000 rupees but now he says that he. Hasn't balance in his account.what should I do.please help me

As per ur statement a man issues cheques sum of rs 15000/ ,immediate deposits cheque in ur bank account not latter then 90 days .I.e before expire of cheque, if cheque dishonour then immediate consultant to ur lawyer rest on vish a vise

my dear friend , drop your cheque in your bank account and if dishonored file case u/s 138 N I ACT
you can lodge a police complaint against him for the offence of cheating after the cheque been dishonoured .

go and deposit cheque in bank, make it bounce before expiring the cheque date.
once you get bounce you can go for legal action against issuer of cheque.
you must go as mentioned above and issue legal letter to him.
