Cheque bounced 2 days ago how do I recover money

My cheques was bounced on 8th March, what is the legal procedure for recovery of the amount?

There are two legal procedure you can adopt for the recovery of your amount -

# 1 - Give the party Civil Notice through Advocate and demand the amount along with the interest.

If the other party pays then there is no dispute.

You need to give notice within 30 days and give him time of 15 days to pay your Cheque Amount. In case he failed to pay the Cheque amount wihtin 15 days , you have to file Complaint in Concerned Magistrate Court within further period of 30 days.

Dear client u have to send legal notice to other side within 30 days through lawyer and have to ask for amount. If other side will not pay amount after receiving notice then u have to file case under sec 138 of n i act in court. This is procedure in cheque bounce case. For any legal help call me
