Cheque bounce case pending in court how to get relief soon?

I have filed a cheque bounce case in Mumbai and the opposite party skipped two hearings and in the third appearance the judge allowed him bail and next date is in June 2017.It over a year now with no results. I am a senior citizen of 70 years running from pillar to post. How can I expect quick justice as my money of 6 lakh is held up by the builder who cheated me by offering a property which was already mortgaged. Please guide me. Thank you.

Justice delayed is equivalent to Injustice..
Well in ur case, u can insist to court to take matter in day to day basis, since it is old age. And ur suffering unreparable loss, as ur purport is already being mortgaged.
And don't miss any proceedings..
