i want to know wat do you mean by case accutal of 138 act ni cheque bounce
Under section 138 Negotiable instruments Act a person can file a criminal complaint against the person who has issued a cheque which has bounced due to insufficient fund, closure of account or any other reason. A person if found guilty can be convicted and even would be liable to pay double the amount of bounced cheque.
