Cheque bounce case being delayed for long against builder h

Despite the passage of over one and half years, I have yet to get justice in a cheque bouncing case filed against the builder. The court allowed absence twice consecutively and recently the builder was again allowed to make his presence out of turn of listing without the consent of the petitioner. I being a senior citizen of 70yrs is suffering. Can anyone suggest remedial steps to speed up the matter.
your lawyer should press on the absence of the builder which should not be allowed. You can ask your lawyer to press and ask the court to issue warrants if it is done on regular basis. the only remedy is this. for speedy trail you can move a application before the court considering that you are a senior citizen.
