If the cheque bounced 45 days before and is expired now can I file a case
What is the date of issue cheque if your bounce 45 days before or cheque have time To represent than surely u deposit cheque have again in the bank. Or if your cheque is expired than you can file a civil recovery suit suit after paying court fees.
