Cheque bounce and lawyer fraud

A company issued a cheque which got bounced and I approached a lawyer to send notice and then file a cheque bounce case. The lawyer sent a notice within 1 month of cheque bounce and after that lawyer did not file case saying that other party approached for out of court settlement. But that did not happen and lawyer repeatedly made false commitments and she started avoiding now. What options do I have as I have all proofs against the company and lawyer. Currently the company owner is absconding and has vacated the premises. I have cheque bounce statement and companies account number. What options are there for me to proceed against the lawyer and company. All payments to lawyer and company I have made online payments.
You have to approach Bar councile against the lawyer with out ur consent lawyer have no right to give any commitment to other party and also file case against company to recovery of amount through civil case

In the first instance you must choose a best lawyer by enquiring about him/her. Now you put the matter before the president of concerned Bar Association about the fraud committed by the advocate. File a case against advocate in consumer Forum for deficiency in service by the concerned advocate. Issue a Legal Notice to the concerned advocate if you have proofs. File a case against the company on the basis of bounced cheque and cheque return memo by engaing an expert advocate who deals in criminal cases. Lodge a complaint before the magistrate court against the company and against the lawyer under Section : 420 I.P.C. for cheating you.
