Check Bounce Case filed by my Employer what can be done

I have worked in a software pvt ltd company . The company has taken a blank check from me after 6 months of my probation.In my probation my salary was 5000/- and after that it will be 3.25 lakh . After just 15 days of my check submission i realised that i can t work in the company and left . Now the company has issued me a legal notice regarding check boiunce case what should i do?

if the company has issued a legal notice to you regarding cheque bounce then you will have to reply to the legal notice. else the company will go ahead and file a case against you as well. you need to work out things with your company and try to settle the matter.
