Can my cheque bouncing case be transferred to district court from my hometown's CJM court?

Yes, it can be trasferred. But not to any other magistrate but only to the magistrate with same rank sitting in district court. If you are thinking to transfer it directly to district judge than ir wont be possible. Dj is the appeallate authority.

The trial court has got no jurisdiction to transfer the case in another state. ... Alternately you can also move to supreme court and get the case transferred. The jurisdiction is not at the place where the cheque is bounce, but where the bank branch of account holder is situated.

Cheque bounce cases are heard where the cheque was presented, but you can only get your case transferred to a competent court having jurisdiction, your question is not clear as District Court and CJM court have different jurisdiction. So if your case is being heard by a District Judge then it is in an appellate stage but the Hon'ble CJM court is a court of first instance. So you have to make it clear at what stage your court is in
