According to me in a case of check bounce court can not condone the single day to file complain under section 138 of negotiable instrument act becouse the limitation act 1963 doesn't apply upon check bounce cases and only such limitation act empowered the court under section 4 that after Expiry of prescribed period when court is closed Where the prescribed period for any suit, appeal or application expires on a day when the court is closed, the suit, appeal or application may be instituted, preferred or made on the date when the court reopens. But such provision doesn't apply to case of check bounce so court can not permit you to file complain after Expiry period becouse court can not go beyond the Law.
