can i go court after 3 month for legal action in cheque bounce case

i have to take money from my friend..i alredy send 2 legal notice before 3 month...so can i go court after 3 month for legal action??

You cannot file a cheque bounce case against I.e. under section 138 as the limitation period is over. You should have approached the court within 45 days of sending the legal notice. If you have the cheque and if you can deposit it again kindly do that send him a legal notice and then file a case within time period. What you can do is now that you can file a recovery suit against your friend which is a civil case

No you cant go for it now because its limitation is ends now so now u have to go for civil action. So now u have to file civil case against your friend and for that u have hire an advocate so that he can see ur case and he will give u the rivht sugestion
