Hi, My personal case of cheque bounce is against me. My friend convict with equal penalilty in appeal. Now I want to settle tho case.. Is it possible?? Please suggest me

Hi,Yes it will posible if your against party want to do so.first of all you try to agree that party and than file a compromise deed in court.you should take deep eyes on all compromise deed and get all things in written.
