Business partner not giving the advance money back

Hi Sir, I joined a textile business as second partner during May 2016. I paid 30000 as advance amount and 150000 as the investment for textile. He was supposed pay back 300000 when I leave as per aggrement, I have took a cheque of 300000 without date in favour of me from the partner . Also I gave him 70000 during that time . In October 2016, I send a mail to him saying I am not interested for further business and requested the 300000 and 70000 . Still the amount is not given and I am planing to deposit cheque and file cheque bounce. My queries are. 1) I am planing to deposit cheque in my native bank and file there, can the other person be able to change the location of court than where I file? 2)Is It allowed to give my father The power of attorney of the case so that I don't need to travel every time? 3)How much time it will take the case Ito finish after I file a cheque bounce? 4) Can I get interest from last December as he was supposed to pay me by December ?
