Blank cheque issued making forged siignarure ,petioner prepared Bill ,
20-Sep-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
petitioner deposited cheque for collection &bill was dishonored as payee filled for exorbitant value and filed civil case for recovery ,good was never purchase .either purchase nor delivery was acknowledged by drawer.What to do to save from liability ?
You will have to defend any case, recovery suit in this case, and in defending prove that the claim is false as against you since nothing was supplied or purchased by you. The plaintiff on the other hand will have to first prove that the amount is actually due for goods supplied and if he fails to so prove his case will fail
