27-Jan-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Dear Sir, i took a house and was short of money , so the agent (real estate) helped me giving some money and had another roommate who helped with the money , we took the house , and they came to know that i was short of money and they forcefully made me pay the money they lent , which i did , commission of 1 month , we quit the house , now the agent wanted me to give him money , he charged 1 month rent as commission , i was forcefully made to write a cheque and it bounced , i stopped the payment , now they threaten to send my photo to all police stations and press ,what to do is best here
a. Did you take the house on rent?
b. Where did you take the house? The locality.
c. When you say that you were short of money, do you mean to say that you did not have money to pay to the broker? or as security deposit?
d. What exactly did they force you to pay? The money that they had lent you? or the brokerage that you had to pay them?
e. And have any threats come to you in writing?
as you are already admitting the fact that they have lend you the money, infant you should say that i took the loan and in return i gave them a blank cheque signed as a security as they were threatening me.
