send legal notice, wait for 15 days, if not paid or responded, file a case in criminal court under negotiable act and also file a money suit in civil court. in addition to that you can file a case u/s 200 CrPC for cheating etc. u/s 406, 420, 468 IPC. feel free for assistance, if require
