02-Aug-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
If the defaulter is absconding against whom cheque bounce is registered, can we ask police to get his address for summons to be issued? Or else, what is the procedure?

Yes you can find his whereabouts personally and mention the same in process memo and can send it through court by informing your advocate to do so. But the address should be correct by that summons should be served to him or you can ask for hand summons by the court if you know the address of the accused. If you don't know the address then you can ask for proclamation order by the court through your advocate consult advocate.
