Collection agent harrassing me i already paid this month
Dear,
As you paid this month's installment ( I am presuming this as installment as your query is silent on the nature of payment), inform the same to the bank/financial institution and further inform them about the behavior of the collection agent and if possible, make a personal visit to the bank/financial institution along with copy of your payment statement. The concerned department will acknowledge your concern and will take necessary action. If they fail to take action, escalate the matter to the higher officials of the bank/ financial institution.
