Accused not appearing in court for Cheque bounce case filed

sir,what if in case of cheque bounce case at the stage of accusation accused does not appear before the magistrate?
in case the accused is not appearing before the court despite summons being served upon him then the court shall issue warrants against him, in case he still does not appear then Non-bailable Warrants shall be issued and still he fails to appear then proceedings under section 82 or cr.pc shall be initiated and he would be a proclaimed offender.
