16-Mar-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
We have filed a case in neyveli court for cheque bounch amounted Rs.5 lakhs.court also send notice to that person and he also appeared before court two times. After that he failed to appear before court in next 4 hearing.so court issued arrest warrant against him.we also approached police in chennai.but on 15.03.17 police didn't answer anything in the court.judge gave another 45 days to police to arrest that person. but the person house is very near to police.it's already 2 yrs gone, that person is living freely and happily in front of us. My question: whether we can get that person and hand over to the police?. or any other possibility to arrest that person?

You cannot arrest the person, only the police has to do it. Your Lawyer has to follow with the Police and get the person arrested. Your Lawyer has to force the Police to arrest the person for that he must act very shrewdly. If your Lawyer is not helping you then you must change your Lawyer and get a new Lawyer to help you. Whether the person has sufficient money or any immovable property assets . We can get those attached, Please apply for Copy of Order from the Neyveli Court. We can file at the High Court for further action.
