A person give me a cheque which got bounced

Now he not want give money ,then what I can do.

File a complaint case against him under sec 138 of NI act. First send him a legal notice through your lawyer and after that file a complaint against him with all original document like bank slip, cheque.

Bounce of cheque is called dishonour of cheque .you may file a complaint against him u,/s 138 negotiable instruments act but firstly cheque should be bounce then you have to sent a legal notice after you may file a complaint.

Date of cheque and cheque Bounce date is not mentioned by you but after cheque Bounce within 45 day you can send him a notice by e mail or by post and file a suit against him in U/S 138 negotiable instruments acts

First you got your check with bank memo. And within a month of check bouncing date you give a legal demand notice to that person who give you check. After that you can file a complaint against that person in your concern court. For more details you can call me.

You can send a legal notice to the concerned person asking to return your money. If no reply is received you can file A recivery suit, Summary suit if it was a contract. You can also file criminal case of cheating, misaapropriation. Pls revert back for any query.
