3.5 lk cheque bounced non bailable warrant issued what to do

Hello sir/madem, r from BILASPUR,my cheque 3,50,000rs is bounce on 14/07/2014,and the person is case on me,now 29/06/17 issued not bailable warrant,so plz advice me how can I protect my self,,I want some time to return his amount almost 6 months..
if the court has issued a non-bailable warrants against you then you need to file an application for cancellation of the warrants and appear before the court. this would be done by your lawyer as its a technical thing, the court has execute fine on you and will cancel it with a warning.
