138 NI act ko fir se proove karne ka upay

NI act ko cog ,2.5 yr tril ke bad ye fajsla diya gaya ki unfortunatly ise FIR karaya gaya aur ye mandate hai ki NI act u/s138 complaint darj hona chhiye isliye ye prove karne men fail ho gaya. jabki maine case ko complaint log karakar 156 (3) ke mutabik thana bhijwaya tha.ab mere paas kya upay hai?
In this case you can file a revision petition. If the judge thinks that there is some substance in your case then he may allow the re hearing your case. But he has all the rights to not admit the revision petition as per the merits of your case.
