What to do when bank marks the loan account as NPA?

Hello sir , I had taken loan from Bihar gramin Bank Rs 25000.Due to some reason i coulnot pay the loan on time .now I am not also able to pay loan because when i had taken loan I had bought some goats but due to flood my all goats were drained in the flood .Now my accounts became NPA.i get noticed from bank that if i will not pay loan i will be arrested please tell me what should i do

Pay some amount out of 25000/-as mentioned on notice and file application for time before the bank to pay the same.
You are defaulter of bank hence bank has issue notice against you and you have pay the same .

Now you should request time petitioe to the branch manager along with notice and repuest to the enhance the time period and will hv to satishfied to the bank how can be paid whole loan in how much time.

At first in order to regularise the account you would have to pay the overdue amount as on the date of NPA. After regularising your account you can operate it as earlier and repay the loan in instalments.
