Hello client
as per your question is concerned the matter of cheque is there as you have issue two cheques of rupess 40000 each to a company but latter on you came to know that company is fraud so u left the cheque with the company and you decided ti leave your bank account empty so the cheque get bounced ,in your case you have left the way of creating problem for yourself as you have made the account empty and the cheque will get bounced in tht case they will file a case on u.instead pf this you should immidiately rush to an advocate who can properly do the proper guidence so the cmpany can not even file case on you as well as you need not to empty your account also.so pls contact an expert advocate who can guide you properly.
Thanks

You can issue instruction to the bank to stop payment of those cheques. Further, also intimate the company of your decision so that you may not run the risk of prosecution for cheque bouncing. Have you also cancelled the transaction/ deal for which the cheques were issued?
