What are the legl consequences of credit card default

Sir , I received a notice regarding creditcard default ,how should I came out from this issue, if they file case what are the consequences
You need to meeting the banker to settle the issue. The Consequence could be they can get your name in to CIBIL list of defaulters. This would make you in eligible for any loan by any banks. This will continue until the outstanding is cleared.
