What action can I take against bank for fraudulent act of bank

Bank staff makes 15 lakh payment to fraud with wrong thumb impression as signature in three payments 8lakh 4 lakh and 3 lakh. Customer lodges FIR against bank staff for conspiracy and money looting. What action will be taken against bank staff ?
Dear sir, there could be criminal action under various sections of IPC i.e. 405, 420 read with 34 and also disciplinary action as per banks own regulations. If the amount is siphoned off from your account, you can file even consumer complaint.
