Use icici credit card but father paying the bill and agent abusing him

I am use icici bank credited card . But unfortunately job less face maney problem help my father every month credit card pay Bill. One day icici bank Recovery Agent call my father and giving abuse more then. Abusing recoding available Ab kya ho sakta hai court main , Main father ke pass. recording hai jisme bo gali de RHA hai
You can always file a complaint to the bank authorities. A criminal complaint may also be in order in this case. Such arm twisting methods are not allowed by the RBI. try and reach out to our bank with the details.

You can file a defamation suit on the person who has uttered such vulgar words to your father .If you show the actual recording then we can proceed with the relevant methods like approaching the police and the for 156(3) Cr.Pc if not heard.
