Received legal notice for non payment of credit card payment

I hve ICICI Cr. card & as per statement Mar'16 Rs.4880 was payable by 7th April 2016.I made full payment One day in advance i.e 06/04/2016 thru Click to pay and the amount was debited to my SB a/c immly. and received your SMS alert confirmation for receipt of my payment by you on 11th April 2016. However, when i received your statement for the month of April 2016, I was shocked to note that you have charged Interest & Penal charges for delay in payment by three days. All the Banks were closed (Including ICICI) for3 days 8th 9th & 10th due to holidays.Amount is credited on next working day
You can request the call centre ( ICICI) and inform them that there were 3 days holidays and hence it is not your fault, precisely that is the reason u r requesting for reversal of late payment charges.
