procedure to file Insolvency when bankrupt and jobless

I worked in call centers for about 9 years. I have LIC policy for 3,00000 sum assured and have no other savings. I lost my job and not working since 20/02/2017. I have personal loan and credit card loans, which I am unable to repay. I request for help to file insolvency. What is the procedure for that
Hello, You need to cautious on filing bankrupt. But, this step need to taken, when you do not have any other choice. Time being, You need to inform the bankers officially about your job loss and asking for more time to repay the loan or whatever. You may talk to me, in case if you need more advice.
